All beverages to be offered must be agreed in advance - otherwise they will not be refrigerated.

Wine

Should you wish to select wines from our wine list, this is also possible. However, all wines must be ordered in advance, and we kindly inform you that we have limited stock of most wines, so unfortunately, not all wines will be possible to choose, depending on the size of your party.

Should you wish to bring your own wine, we’ll charge a corkage fee of 400 DKK per bottle(800 DKKfor magnums).

Dining room

We have room for a maximum of 42 guests in the restaurant. For 13-20 guests, please note that the room is shared with other parties. For 21-42 guests, the restaurant is closed to other guests. If you want a closed party for 9-20 guests, this is possible at an additional cost of 15,000 in room rental.

Opening hours

Our party menu is available on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

In addition, we are happy to host events on Tuesdays and Wednesdays if the total cost of the event is at least 40,000.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation of a party of 12 or more must be made in writing no later than 4 weeks before the date of the party.

Cancellation of a party of less than 12 must be made in writing no later than 2 weeks before the date of the party.

In the event of cancellation of the entire party or a total reduction of 10% or more of the originally booked number of guests

  • • up to and including 7 days before the time of the party, a compensation of 50% of the price of the cancelled services will be charged.
  • • later than 7 days before the time of the party, a compensation of 75% of the price of the cancelled services will be charged.

In the event of a no-show, a compensation of the entire price of the party will be charged.

In the event of a timely cancellation no compensation will be charged.

Allergies
If you or anyone in your party have an allergy, that requires our attention, please notify us at least 1 week in advance of the event.

We do not offer any alterations of the menu based on specific dietary preferences, in order not to compromise the flavours and the style of our cooking, but we will however go to great lengths to adapt the menu if you suffer from an allergy.

Payment
Payment must be made at the end of the event unless otherwise is agreed upon in advance and in writing.

We reserve the right to make changes and price increases in the above.
